Two Clippings from unknown newspapers on Admiral Kolchak

Which Newspaper is this from? What do we know about Russian emigre newspapers? 

These clippings are almost certainly from publications in China, but the origin is unknown.

I wonder how many Russian emigre newspapers have been destroyed, and will we ever find out where these clippings are from, and how. There are numerous research publications and resources that have preserved these valuable publications, but much has also been lost. With interests continuously shifting, the question also arises why it would be important to continue preserving such resources, and how much do we really know about Russian diaspora publications.
